Front Desk Associate Job Description
We are seeking a highly skilled and customer-focused Front Desk Associate to join our team at VP Management LLC. As a Front Desk Associate, you will be the first point of contact for our guests and will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and ensuring a seamless experience for all visitors.
Key Responsibilities:
- Greeting and Welcoming Guests: Greet and welcome guests upon arrival, providing prompt and professional service in a hospitable manner.
- Phone and Email Management: Answer incoming calls and direct to the appropriate party or department, taking accurate messages when necessary.
- Cleanliness and Organization: Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the front desk area and common areas.
- Adherence to Company Policies: Adhere to all company policies and procedures.
- Confidentiality: Handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion.
- Guest Records: Update and maintain guest records in the reservation system.
- Payments and Reconciliation: Process payments and reconcile cash drawer at the end of each shift.
- Reporting: Generate reports as needed.
Requirements:
- Education: High school diploma or equivalent.
- Experience: 1-2 years of customer service experience.
- Skills: Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal. Friendly and outgoing personality. Ability to stay calm and professional under pressure. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
