SUMMARY
Responsible for administrative duties for HR department and front desk duties.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES include the following:
Receptionist/Front Desk
•Managing the front desk and handling all incoming calls.
•Meeting, greeting, and assisting employees, customers, vendors, contractors, and potential clients.
•Handling administrative duties such as copying, filing, and correspondence as well as all incoming mail for all departments.
•Manage contractor badges.
•Maintain and order office supplies for all departments.
HR Responsibilities
•Responsible for managing the uniform program, including tracking, ordering, and returning.
•Responsible for managing the safety shoe program.
•Responsible for managing the vending services
•Entering and managing invoices in DocStar
•Inputs, edits, and maintains employee database files (HRIS, Benefits, 401k, etc.,)
•Handles sensitive and confidential documents without compromising the integrity of the documents and/or integrity of the Company, or individuals that are the subject of the documents.
•Tracks, maintains, and audits Personnel Action Forms/Review paperwork
•Effectively communicates issues, concerns, altercations, or problems to the Chief People Officer and/or Human Resources Manager.
•Processes all new hire and termination paperwork
Ensures that procedures and record-keeping requirements are completed in an accurate, timely, and confidential manner.
•Specific tasks include but are not limited to managing attendance tracking, processing disciplinary reports, and processing address and benefit enrollment changes.
•Assists with the coordination and organization of employee functions; special projects, and training programs.
•Maintains the highest level of employee/guest relations.
•Maintain a good working relationship with all Departments.
•Other duties as assigned
SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITIES
This job has no supervisory responsibilities.

Education and/or Experience:
Associate degree (. A.) or equivalent from a two-year college or technical school; one to two years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience. Advanced experience preferred in Microsoft Office products (i.e. Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, Teams, etc.)
