We are seeking a highly motivated and skilled Life Insurance Sales Agent to join our team at Farmers Insurance. As a Life Insurance Sales Agent, you will be responsible for growing a list of prospective clients, marketing our insurance products, and showcasing our offerings to new and existing customers.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Market life insurance to existing customers and contacts
  • Cross-sell current business insurance customers
  • Perform needs analysis with potential life insurance customers
  • Present policies in a clear and concise manner and close the sale
  • Follow up with customers periodically to re-evaluate their policy needs
  • Identify new client insurance needs, insurance risk, goals, current coverage, and financial situation by scheduling meetings for new customers, ensuring a personalized experience
  • Expand our prospective customer base and market our insurance products via networking, referrals, cold calling, and various marketing strategies to bring in new business
Requirements:
  • Active Life, Health, Accident, and HMO license is required or will be acquired in thirty days
  • License study course will be provided at no cost
  • Skilled with Microsoft Office
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor's degree preferred
  • Previous customer service or experience as a sales representative preferred
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills required
