We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced District Manager to join our team at Call Your Mother Deli. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for driving business growth, developing and implementing operational strategies, and fostering a positive and productive work environment.
Key Responsibilities- Directly supervise and develop Shop General Managers and Assistant Managers across multiple locations in the DMV
- Communicate the vision and values of Call Your Mother to managers and teams, ensuring alignment and execution of our highest standards
- Train and develop managers to efficiently run the business, maintain food quality standards, and provide exceptional customer service
- Develop and implement operational strategies to drive sales growth, improve profitability, and enhance the overall guest experience
- Collaborate with the Director of Operations and Finance team to conduct monthly business reviews and identify areas for improvement
- Identify and develop high-potential team members, creating training plans and implementing succession strategies to ensure the growth and development of our team
- At least two years of multi-unit restaurant management experience
- Excellent understanding of P&L, COGS, decision-making, process improvement, labor/scheduling, training, and team development
- Ability to work flexible schedules, including weekends and holidays, with a focus on driving business growth and improving operational efficiency
- Natural ability to attract, develop, and retain high-performing work teams
- Outstanding leadership skills, with the ability to motivate and develop a diverse team in a fast-paced environment
- Passion for the guest experience and commitment to delivering exceptional service
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to coach and develop team members
- Ability to travel to all Call Your Mother locations and spend quality time with each restaurant team
- Competitive base salary: $95,000 with 20% quarterly bonus potential
