Key Responsibilities:- Patient Registration and Scheduling: Register patients and coordinate the scheduling of appointments to ensure timely and efficient care.
- Patient Education and Support: Provide patients with education information and materials as needed to empower them to take an active role in their care.
- Communication and Follow-up: Respond to incoming inquiries from patients, providers, and staff, and conduct follow-up with patients to ensure compliance with testing, prescriptions, and care plans.
- Education: High School Diploma or GED equivalent.
- Experience: 2 years of previous healthcare experience, preferably in a customer service role.
- Preferred Qualifications: Bachelor's degree, Epic experience, and knowledge of medical terminology.
