ROLE OVERVIEW


The VIP Service Operations Supervisor is responsible for enhancing the guest experience for table service, ensuring a top-tier VIP experience during events and handling any necessary follow-ups.

This role includes managing table service operations, scheduling, overseeing staff during events, and fulfilling various management responsibilities.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Reports directly to the Senior Director of Food & Beverage and the Director of Premium Sales
- Addresses specific client needs and requirements effectively
- Oversees all hospitality aspects during events, ensuring adherence to service protocols
- Acts as the primary contact for resolving staff-related issues
- Coaches table service personnel on service techniques and sales strategies to enhance guest relations and drive repeat business
- Ensures compliance with cash handling and credit policies
- Prepares end-of-event reports, manages cash handling, and organizes gratuity distribution
- Maintains compliance with health regulations


- Collaborates with management to develop strategies for improving table service sales, VIP guest experiences, and service standards.

Provides training and resources to staff to ensure exceptional service delivery.

- Serves as the point of contact for table service-related issues, including guest service inquiries and reservation processes.

- Works on enhancing the client experience across all venues, including special events and pop-up operations.

- Responsible for menu updates and item entries in the management system alongside the Senior F&B Manager and Operations Manager.

- Manages beverage inventory and post-event cost analysis.

- Oversees inventory of premium beverage items and communicates ordering needs to the Food & Beverage Manager.

- Handles table service supply inventory and procurement.

- Coordinates with operations managers for event setup.

- Assists with staff uniform changes for each event.

- Cross-trains with F&B Managers to provide support as needed.

ADMINISTRATIVE DUTIES
- Develops schedules for events and weekly labor shifts to prepare for peak times.


- Reviews and approves staff timesheets for payroll processing and submits them promptly; assists in creating employee schedules based on business forecasts and productivity needs.



QUALIFICATIONS
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in table service management.


- Proficiency in Google Workspace applications, including Docs, Sheets, Slides, and Drive, is essential for effective team collaboration.

Basic training will be provided to ensure efficient use of these tools for communication and document management.

COMPENSATION
The hourly wage for this position ranges from $30 to $35.
