Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and organized Clinical Education Lead Generation Coordinator to join our team at Evidence in Motion. As a key member of our Clinical Education team, you will play a critical role in developing and implementing comprehensive lead generation strategies to attract high-quality prospects and support the sales teams in achieving their targets.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead Generation Strategy: Assist in the development of lead generation strategies to attract high-quality prospects and optimize campaign performance.
  • Data Analysis and Reporting: Provide reports and insights to the sales teams to help optimize campaign performance and improve lead quality.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with the sales teams to align lead generation efforts with overall business objectives and ensure smooth handoff of leads.
  • Lead Qualification: Develop and manage processes for lead qualification to ensure that only the most promising leads are passed on to the sales team.
  • Optimization and Continuous Improvement: Continuously evaluate and refine lead generation strategies based on performance data and market trends.
Other Duties and Responsibilities
  • Assist the Manager in creating agendas, scheduling meetings, taking relevant notes, and sending follow-up reminders to both EIM and UP teams.
  • Confirm clinical education sites and specialty settings after procurement of contracts across all healthcare education disciplines in a timely manner.
  • Accurately and efficiently manage data entry and management of all clinical sites and personnel in the Clinical Education Management Systems.
Qualifications
  • Education: College degree or 1-3 years of relevant experience.
  • Required Skills: Action and goal-oriented, ability to communicate effectively and professionally, agile and able to learn on the fly, ability to thrive in a diversified working environment, and strong interpersonal savvy.
