Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Housekeeping Supervisor to join our team at Bally's Corporation. As a key member of our Housekeeping department, you will be responsible for ensuring the highest standards of cleanliness and quality in our guest rooms and public areas.

Key Responsibilities
  • Training and Supervision: Assist in the training and development of Housekeeping employees to ensure they have the skills and knowledge required to perform their duties to the highest standard.
  • Quality Control: Conduct regular inspections of guest rooms and public areas to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions to maintain the highest standards of cleanliness and quality.
  • Inventory Management: Oversee the management of linen closets, maid carts, and other housekeeping supplies to ensure they are always fully stocked and organized.
  • Lost and Found: Ensure that all lost and found items are promptly turned in to the Security Department.
  • Reporting and Record-Keeping: Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of housekeeping activities, including cleaning schedules, inventory levels, and maintenance requests.
  • Project Management: Directly responsible for all projects assigned by the Housekeeping Manager, including implementing new procedures and processes to improve efficiency and quality.
Requirements
  • Education: High School diploma or equivalent required; degree in Hospitality or related field preferred.
  • Experience: 1-2 years' experience in housekeeping or hotel operations, preferably in a supervisory role.
