Key Responsibilities:

MAINTENANCE SPECIALIST DUTIES:

Certification Maintenance:
Certified Pool and Spa Operator

Valid Driver's License

Pool Maintenance and Chemical Management

General Maintenance Tasks:
Conduct Regular Maintenance Inspections and Repairs

Janitorial Duties

Proper Storage and Handling of Chemicals as per Regulations

Grounds Maintenance

Minor Equipment Repairs

Pressure Washing Services

Basic Pest and Weed Management

Physical Tasks Involving Lifting, Bending, Squatting, and Walking

General Construction and Demolition Work

Operation of Hand Tools

Coordinate with Service Providers

Administrative Duties:
Review and Complete Work Orders

Utilize Applications for Daily Time Tracking

Order and Restock Supplies

Communicate Requirements and Issues to the Community Association Manager

Additional Responsibilities:
Adhere to the RealManage Employee Handbook and Policies.

Follow all Standard Operating Procedures as directed by Management.

Participate in various special projects and tasks as assigned by Management.

Perform other job-related duties as necessary.

Qualifications:

Required Qualifications:
Minimum of 2 years of maintenance experience preferred.

Proficiency in Carpentry, Concrete Work, Door Installation, Drywall, Fencing, Plumbing, and Painting is essential.

Experience in Cleaning, Lock Maintenance, and Gutter Services is highly desirable.

Ability to communicate effectively in English; bilingual skills are a plus.

Strong problem-solving skills are necessary.


Knowledge of safe tool, material, and chemical usage is required to ensure safety for oneself, colleagues, residents, and the environment.

Experience in basic electrical maintenance is advantageous but not mandatory.

Experience in pool maintenance is beneficial but not required.

Compensation and Benefits:
$18.00 to $22.00 per hour, based on qualifications and experience.
