Responsibilities:


The Facilities Maintenance Specialist plays a vital role in our team, responsible for effectively carrying out all necessary maintenance tasks within the apartment community.

Here’s what your daily responsibilities may include:

• Execute appliance repairs, carpentry, electrical work, and HVAC tasks in a prompt and professional manner.

• Inspect vacated apartments and perform necessary actions to prepare them for new residents.

• Address resident service requests and conduct preventative maintenance tasks.

• Assist in the upkeep of grounds, common areas, and amenities to maintain high standards.

• Respond to emergency maintenance calls in accordance with company policies.

• Support the Maintenance Supervisor with various tasks as required.

Qualifications:
• 1-3 years of hands-on general maintenance experience.

• EPA Certification preferred or willingness to obtain certification (company will cover costs).

• High school diploma or equivalent.

• Reliable transportation.

• Punctual, dependable, and self-motivated.

• Flexible schedule and availability for on-call duties.
