Currently, we are seeking a dedicated and career-focused Logistics Manager to support our operations. This role is pivotal in ensuring efficient logistics processes and material readiness.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain IT and autonomous inventory management frameworks. This includes formulating strategies to analyze data, minimize surplus inventory, and optimize asset allowances and spare quantities.
  • Evaluate and authorize standard and customized reports generated from logistics systems as required.
  • Collaborate with senior leadership to establish optimal strategies for supply chain activities, encompassing requisition, receipt, storage, shipment, and distribution of essential materials and equipment.
  • Conduct site evaluations to identify logistical challenges and assist partners in determining necessary IT components for effective system deployment.
  • Work alongside various stakeholders to implement advanced commercial solutions that enhance supply chain management processes, including procurement, inventory, and distribution.
  • Ensure logistics operations are globally responsive, sustainable, and cost-efficient, while coordinating IT deliveries for international sales.

Basic Qualifications:

  • A minimum of four (4) years of relevant experience in logistics or supply chain management.
  • A Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, Logistics and Supply Chain Management, or a related field. Additional experience may substitute for formal education.
  • At least two (2) years of experience specific to this role.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • A Master's degree in a relevant discipline.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, Project, and/or SharePoint.

Clearance Requirements:

  • An active TS/SCI clearance is required.

Physical Requirements:

  • The individual in this role must be capable of remaining stationary for 50% of the time and may occasionally need to move within the office environment.
