Key Responsibilities:
  • Maintain cleanliness in guest rooms, hallways, lobbies, and other communal areas.
  • Start each shift by checking assigned floors to collect waste, soiled linens, and other materials as directed by management.
  • Deliver requested items such as rollaway beds, cribs, and other amenities to guest rooms.
  • Provide outstanding service by proactively addressing and responding to guests' needs.
  • Retrieve clean linens from storage and distribute them across the designated floors.
  • Assist with laundry tasks, including sorting, folding, and ensuring linens are fresh and presentable.
Qualifications:
  • Strong work ethic with excellent time management, organizational, and communication abilities.
  • Familiarity with various cleaning products and techniques.
