Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Cook to join our team at Island Hospitality. As a key member of our culinary team, you will be responsible for preparing and cooking high-quality food for our guests.

Key Responsibilities
  • Prepare and cook food to the highest standards of quality and presentation.
  • Ensure the kitchen remains well-stocked and organized at all times.
  • Receive and process food and beverage orders in a timely and efficient manner.
  • Follow brand and IHM recipes to prepare food for guests.
  • Clean and sanitize kitchen equipment and surfaces to maintain a safe and healthy environment.
Requirements
  • Ability to follow brand and IHM standard operating procedures.
  • Highly motivated team player with strong initiative and desire for achievement.
  • Ability to work well in stressful situations and handle problems effectively.
  • Basic knowledge of food preparation and cooking techniques.
