Job Title: Senior Electrical Engineer/Technical Project Manager

Overview:

FUJIFILM Sonosite is a leading provider of point-of-care ultrasound solutions, and we are seeking a highly skilled Senior Electrical Engineer/Technical Project Manager to join our team. As a key member of our Hardware Engineering department, you will be responsible for leading the design and development of our products, working closely with cross-functional teams to ensure successful product launches.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the design and development of hardware products, including computer hardware, peripherals, devices, and other electronic equipment.
  • Work collaboratively with mechanical engineering, experience design, and software development teams to ensure successful product launches.
  • Develop and manage project plans, timelines, and budgets to ensure projects are completed on time and within budget.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to identify and prioritize project requirements and ensure that projects meet business metrics for design, schedule, cost, and quality.
  • Ensure that project deliverables meet the required quality standards and are compliant with regulatory requirements.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Electrical Engineering.
  • 5+ years of experience as a design engineer in the medical device or consumer electronic industry.
  • Experience leading multiple complex product development cycles from inception to launch.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to lift 25lbs with or without accommodations.

What We Offer:

  • A competitive salary range of $97,000 - $135,000, depending on experience, plus a variable bonus opportunity.
  • A comprehensive benefits package, including medical, dental, and vision insurance, life insurance, and a 401(k) plan with company matching.
  • A generous paid time off policy, including three weeks of PTO in the first year, with increases based on years of service.
  • Four additional paid days off, based on date of hire in the calendar year.
  • Eight paid holidays per year.
