Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Lead Financial Analyst to join our team. This role is key in delivering in-depth financial analysis and insights to enhance our operational efficiency and support strategic growth.

Key Responsibilities
  • Dashboard Development: Create and maintain dashboards in Workday to track key performance indicators (KPIs) and assess overall business health, enabling data-driven decision-making.
  • In-Depth Financial Analysis: Conduct thorough analyses of various business expenditure areas, including travel, procurement, and headcount, to identify cost-saving opportunities and improve financial performance.
  • Trend and Benchmark Analysis: Examine financial results in relation to industry trends and operational benchmarks to uncover areas for improvement and strategic opportunities.
  • Reporting Automation: Automate the creation of monthly financial reports and presentations within Workday.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with various teams to provide valuable financial insights that support strategic decision-making and drive business value.
  • Forecasting and Planning: Support the development and refinement of forecasting tools and processes to enhance financial planning capabilities.
  • System Implementation Support: Assist with company-wide system implementations and evaluate new transactions, mergers, or acquisitions as needed.
Requirements
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
  • Experience: At least 3 years of experience in Workday Financials.
  • Analytical Skills: Strong analytical capabilities with a proven ability to build and interpret complex financial analyses and reports from scratch.
  • Organizational Skills: Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while prioritizing key tasks.
  • Communication Skills: Effective communicator with the ability to present financial information clearly to individuals at all levels, including executive management.
