About the Role:
We are seeking a dedicated and driven real estate professional to join our team at RE/MAX Center. As a Real Estate Sales Professional, you will be responsible for utilizing your in-depth knowledge of the local real estate market to provide detailed information about available homes and neighborhoods to potential clients.
Key Responsibilities:
Utilize market knowledge to provide detailed information about available homes and neighborhoods to potential clients
Collaborate closely with buyers and sellers to understand their specific preferences and requirements, guiding them through the transaction process to successful closure
Take charge of all aspects of the real estate transaction from initial listing to final closing, ensuring a smooth and efficient experience for all parties involved
Engage proactively with leads to enhance sales opportunities and foster client relationships
Actively seek out new business opportunities by diligently following up on leads within your sales pipeline
Qualifications:
Current real estate license in Georgia
Experience with 4-10 transactions annually
Desire to increase transaction volume and grow professionally
