Your Role
As a Talent Acquisition Specialist, you will play a crucial part in our expanding team at our Corporate Headquarters. You will be instrumental in driving our mission of Bringing Happiness to Every HomeTM by identifying and attracting exceptional talent to meet the diverse needs of our organization.

Key Responsibilities
In this position, you will:

  • Work collaboratively with the Corporate Recruiting Manager to develop a tailored recruiting strategy for our Inside Sales department.
  • Screen candidate resumes, conduct initial phone interviews, and facilitate in-person interviews with hiring managers.
  • Prepare and present offer letters to selected candidates.
  • Engage with hiring managers to gather feedback and refine your recruitment approach based on their needs.
