Pharmacy Development Associate

Key Responsibilities:- Assist the Pharmacy team in providing an excellent experience for patients, including participating in all aspects of the prescription filling process, providing patient counseling, and collaborating with healthcare professionals to provide coordinated patient care.
- Keep customers and patients healthy through adoption and participation of patient care programs.
- Display empathy and compassion for patients, customers, caregivers, and colleagues.
- Motivate and inspire the Pharmacy Team by providing, supporting, and recognizing excellent patient care.
- Identify critical business opportunities and contribute to the development of meaningful solutions to drive growth and improve performance in the pharmacy.
- Support implementation of solutions for the team to achieve specified goals.
- Adapt to change and adjust plans to thrive in a dynamic community healthcare setting.
- Remain current on all new developments, initiatives, and training to help provide the best experience for patients.
- Seek new ways to grow, collaborate with others, and deliver better outcomes.
- Align others around purpose to gain support and commitment to help patients receive the best patient care.
- Active Pharmacy Intern License in the state in which you are employed.
- Not on the DEA Excluded Parties List.
- No pending felony charges or convictions for criminal offenses involving controlled substances.
Current enrollment in a School of Pharmacy.
Pay Range:The typical pay range for this role is $16.00 - $22.00. This pay range represents the base hourly rate or base annual full-time salary for all positions in the job grade within which this position falls. The actual base salary offer will depend on a variety of factors, including year in pharmacy school, geography, and other relevant factors.
