The Department of Organizational Leadership, Policy, and Development (OLPD) at the University of Minnesota is a leader in advancing knowledge about educational and organizational change. We seek a tenured Associate or Full Professor in Evaluation Studies to contribute to teaching, research, and service in the area of program evaluation. This individual will teach graduate courses, conduct original research, and provide leadership in the Evaluation Studies degree programs.

Responsibilities

The successful candidate will be responsible for:

  • Developing and teaching graduate courses in Evaluation Studies
  • Conducting original research in evaluation and related fields
  • Providing leadership in the Evaluation Studies degree programs
  • Participating in department, college, and university service and outreach activities
Qualifications

The ideal candidate will have:

  • An earned doctorate in evaluation, educational psychology, or a related field
  • Evidence of a commitment to promoting diversity and cross-cultural perspectives
  • A record of publication and research in evaluation and related fields
  • Demonstrated skill in applying quantitative and qualitative inquiry methods and analysis techniques
  • Evidence of a national and international scholarly reputation in evaluation
