We're seeking a Marketing Project Coordinator to join our team at Brindle Digital Marketing. Our projects team is responsive, quick-thinking, and ultra-organized, managing new and existing projects and client relationships.

Our ideal candidate would have excellent verbal and written communication skills, strong attention to detail, and will be directly responsible for managing multiple accounts as the main point of contact both internally and externally.

  • You're ultra-organized and can keep tracking of many moving parts to ensure nothing 'slips through the cracks', and are resourceful in solving problems.

Day to Day Responsibilities

  • Communicating: Meet with clients and stakeholders, and keep them updated on project status.
  • Planning: Define a project's scope, create a budget, and establish a schedule – this could include marketing campaigns, website projects, or ongoing marketing activities.
  • Managing the team: Provide direction and motivation to the project team, and encourage communication among team members.
  • Quality assurance: Ensure that projects meet client requirements and brand guidelines.
  • Manage onboarding of new projects – ensuring Asana is set up, accounting for the entire scope, being the liaison between all team members and the client.
  • Proofing and quality control: internal approvals and reviewing marketing collateral and assets.

Skills & Requirements

  • Minimum 2 years of experience in a Project Management, Account Management, or related role.
  • Bachelor's Degree.
  • 2+ years digital marketing or agency experience.
  • Agency experience or multifamily industry experience preferred.
  • Strong organizational, critical thinking, creativity, and problem-solving abilities as well as excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Brindle Digital Marketing was founded in 2017 and is a boutique marketing agency specializing in web design, branding, social media, digital advertising, and SEO primarily for the multifamily apartment industry and B2C service-based clients.
