Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled and customer-focused Guest Experience Expert to join our team at Residence Inn by Marriott. As a key member of our front desk team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional guest experiences and ensuring seamless operations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Guest Welcome and Check-in: Greet guests with a warm smile and provide personalized check-in services, ensuring accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Customer Service: Respond promptly to guest inquiries and resolve any issues or complaints in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Front Desk Operations: Coordinate with other departments to ensure smooth operations and guest satisfaction, including handling check-outs, room assignments, and guest requests.
  • Lobby Maintenance: Maintain a clean and organized lobby area, ensuring a welcoming environment for guests.
  • Guest Assistance: Assist guests with luggage and provide recommendations for local attractions and dining options, enhancing their overall stay experience.
