We are looking for a skilled Speech-Language Pathologist to join our team in a vibrant school district near San Martin, CA. This full-time, onsite position offers approximately 37 hours per week and involves working with elementary or K-8 students.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct comprehensive assessments and diagnoses of speech, language, and communication disorders in elementary or K-8 students.
  • Develop and implement individualized treatment plans and IEPs (Individualized Education Programs) to support student progress.
  • Provide evidence-based therapy sessions, both individually and in small groups, to address student needs.
  • Collaborate with teachers, parents, and other educational staff to ensure student success.
  • Maintain accurate records of student assessments, progress, and therapy outcomes.
  • Participate in multidisciplinary team meetings to discuss student needs and progress.
  • Provide training and resources to school staff and parents on speech and language development and intervention strategies.
Requirements
  • Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program.
  • Valid Speech-Language Pathologist license in the state of California.
  • Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) from the American Speech-Language-Hearing Association (ASHA) preferred.
  • Previous experience working in a school setting is highly desirable.
  • Strong understanding of speech and language development and disorders.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively as part of a multidisciplinary team.
