CarePartners Health Services is seeking an experienced Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) to join our Adult Day Center PACE Program team. As a CNA, you'll play a vital role in delivering high-quality patient care and contributing to maintaining a clean, well-organized, and safe patient care environment.

About the Position

This is a full-time/part-time position that requires working in various settings, including rehabilitation, home health, adult care, hospice, and palliative care. You'll collaborate with nursing staff to deliver high-quality patient care under the supervision of registered nurses (RNs). We're looking for a skilled CNA who can work effectively in a fast-paced environment and maintain accurate records.

Responsibilities and Requirements
  • Deliver high-quality patient-centered care by performing delegated basic patient care services.
  • Assist patients with activities of daily living, such as eating, drinking, bathing, shaving, oral care, grooming, and elimination.
  • Maintain accurate records and communicate effectively with nursing staff.
Compensation and Benefits
