About the Role

CarePartners seeks a dedicated Registered Nurse Hospice to provide compassionate patient-centered care and promote positive clinical outcomes.

Job Summary

We are looking for a skilled nurse who can deliver high-quality care in a collaborative environment, assessing patient conditions, performing procedures, and educating patients and families about medical conditions and treatment plans.

Responsibilities

  • Assess patient conditions and perform procedures as needed
  • Administer medications and respond promptly to patient requests
  • Educate patients and families about medical conditions and treatment plans

Requirements

  • Basic Cardiac Life Support certification within 30 days of hire
  • Registered Nurse licensure
  • Driver's License
  • Associate Degree or higher in Nursing
