CarePartners Living LLC is seeking a skilled Patient Care Technician (PCT) to join our Adult Day PACE Program Brevard team.
About the Role
We are looking for a detail-oriented and compassionate individual to assist patients with daily living activities, such as bathing, shaving, oral care, and elimination. As a PCT, you will collect and record patient information, including vital signs and intake/output, and participate in the implementation of nursing care plans to ensure a safe patient care environment.
Responsibilities

- Participate in the implementation of nursing care plans to ensure a safe patient care environment.
- Assist with mobility and transfers, and perform other delegated tasks under the supervision of a licensed nurse.
Requirements
To be successful in this role, you must possess a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certification, Basic Cardiac Life Support certification within 7 days of employment start date, First Aid Basic certification within 30 days of employment start date, and a High School Graduate / GED.
