About the Role

As a Clinical Care Specialist, you will be responsible for providing high-quality nursing care to our residents, working closely with the medical staff to ensure their physical and emotional needs are met. Your expertise will play a critical role in maintaining their dignity and quality of life.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assessing residents' needs and developing individualized care plans
  • Administering medications and treatments as directed by physicians
  • Coordinating with the healthcare team to ensure seamless care delivery
  • Providing education and training to residents and families on health-related topics
  • Maintaining accurate records and reporting any changes or concerns
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A valid Registered Nurse license in the State of North Carolina
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills
  • Knowledge of medical terminology and policies
