Kinship Care Coordinator Specialist

KVC Health Systems is seeking a dedicated Kinship Care Coordinator to promote the importance of relative care while providing ongoing support to relative families caring for children in foster care.
Key Responsibilities- Conduct research to identify potential familial connections for children in foster care
- Provide in-home visits and frequent contact to support relative families
- Acquire or develop resources needed by relative families to provide excellent care for children
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation of all interactions with clients
- Testify in court hearings and provide written updates to cases with court supervision
A Bachelor's degree in a Social Services related field is required. A valid driver's license and auto insurance are also necessary. Experience with children and families is preferred.
