Vice President of Worldwide Revenue Growth

As a Vice President of Worldwide Sales, you will be responsible for leading our global sales efforts and driving revenue growth through strategic planning and execution. This role will require strong leadership and management skills, as well as excellent communication and collaboration skills.
**Responsibilities:**
- Develop and execute a global sales strategy that aligns with company objectives
- Manage a worldwide sales team to drive revenue growth and expand customer bases
- Build and maintain relationships with key strategic customers and partners
- Collaborate with marketing and product teams to develop go-to-market strategies
**Requirements:**
- 15+ years of experience in semiconductor IP sales, preferably in embedded processors or adjacent IP products
- Proven track record of driving revenue growth and expanding customer bases
- Strong leadership and management skills, with experience in building and managing high-performing sales teams
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams
**Benefits:** The estimated annual salary for this position is $250,000 - $350,000, depending on experience and qualifications. Additionally, we offer a competitive benefits package, including health, dental, and vision insurance, 401(k) matching, and equity in the company.
