Job OverviewArrowmac is seeking a talented Media Strategist to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for developing and executing data-driven media campaigns across digital, traditional, and emerging channels.

As a Media Strategist, you will conduct in-depth audience research, analyze market trends, and identify the most suitable channels to reach target demographics. You will also develop media plans that align with client objectives and budgets, maximizing reach, engagement, and conversions.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Conduct audience research and analyze market trends to identify opportunities for growth.
  • Develop data-driven media plans that align with client objectives and budgets.
  • Stay ahead of the curve on industry trends and emerging platforms to recommend innovative solutions.
  • Navigate programmatic buying, ad tech platforms, and measurement tools with confidence.
  • Collaborate closely with account teams, creative directors, and media analysts to ensure a cohesive and seamless campaign execution.
  • Analyze campaign performance using advanced analytics tools to identify areas for improvement and proactively implement optimizations.


Requirements:
  • 3-5+ years of experience in media buying & strategy, ideally within a full-service advertising agency.
  • Proven track record of success in developing and executing data-driven media campaigns.
  • Strong understanding of audience targeting, programmatic buying, and campaign measurement.
