Key Accountabilities:
  • Drive new business sales and customer satisfaction through effective communication and project management.
  • Monitor and report on delivery performance, providing regular updates to stakeholders.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to set up and maintain new engineering projects, ensuring seamless execution.
  • Administer the setup and maintenance of various processes, including new job setup, customer setup, bill of materials, tooling, work orders, sales orders, and sampling.
Responsibilities:
  • Review and set up all new engineering projects, ensuring accurate and timely completion.
  • Coordinate with tooling, production, purchasing, and accounting teams to ensure smooth project execution.
  • Maintain the MRP system for all ESWO-related work orders, sales orders, and invoicing.
  • Coordinate the setup and shipping of engineering samples, ensuring timely delivery.
  • Lead the monthly close-out of all engineering projects, ensuring accurate reporting and documentation.
  • Organize, finalize, submit, and file engineering-related quotes and pricing updates.
  • Support the project management team with administrative duties, ensuring seamless project execution.

Requirements:

  • Strong customer relationship management skills.
  • Knowledge of operations, including scheduling, procurement, shipping, and accounting.
  • Knowledge of sales and marketing, effectively expressing and following up on all opportunities.
  • Accomplishes strategic objectives by managing and maintaining multiple project activities, multi-tasking.
Working Conditions:
  • Duties are usually performed seated, requiring prolonged sitting and typing.
  • Must be able to sit and type for long periods, with occasional bending, reaching, pushing, and pulling.
