Registered Nurse PRN Telemetry Position

We are seeking a skilled Registered Nurse to join our team in the Cardiac Telemetry Unit at Centerpoint Medical Center. As a PRN RN, you will provide high-quality patient care and work collaboratively with our interdisciplinary team to ensure the best possible outcomes for our patients.
About the UnitThe Cardiac Telemetry Unit is a 36-bed unit that provides step-down care and cardiac monitoring for patients with a wide range of conditions, including chest pain, stroke, COPD, post-operative care, and gastrointestinal issues. Our team is dedicated to providing exceptional care and support to our patients and their families.
About the RoleAs a Registered Nurse in this role, you will be responsible for assessing patients' conditions, developing and implementing individualized care plans, and collaborating with other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless care transitions. You will also have the opportunity to participate in career pathing and elevation to more critical care positions.
