About the UnitThe Cardiac Telemetry Unit is a 36-bed unit that provides step-down care and cardiac monitoring for patients with a wide range of conditions, including chest pain, stroke, COPD, post-operative care, and more. Our team is dedicated to providing compassionate care and top-notch customer service to our patients and their families.
Responsibilities- Assess and manage patients with acute changes in their condition
- Develop and implement individualized care plans to meet the unique needs of each patient
- Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to ensure seamless care transitions and optimal patient outcomes
- Provide education and support to patients and their families to promote health and wellness
To be considered for this opportunity, you must have a current RN license from the Missouri State Board of Nursing or a multistate RN license from a participating compact state. You should also have experience working in a telemetry unit and be proficient in cardiac monitoring and step-down care.
