Job Description

The Manufacturing Maintenance Technician will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of machinery and equipment within our manufacturing facilities. This includes executing preventative maintenance activities, responding to emergency repair needs, installing and setting up new equipment, managing maintenance materials and spare parts inventory, supervising external contractors, and liaising with the Manufacturing Manager to prioritize maintenance tasks.

Required Skills and Qualifications

Demonstrated mechanical proficiency, particularly in machine shop settings, proven experience in repair and maintenance, ideally within a manufacturing environment, ability to work independently with a solid track record, and commitment to continuous learning and improvement are essential skills required for this role.
