Barron Industries is a leading manufacturer of precision metal casting, CNC machining, welding, and quality testing solutions. We are seeking a highly skilled Maintenance Technician to join our team. As a key member of our production team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of machinery and equipment within our manufacturing facilities. Your expertise will help minimize downtime and maintain our production standards.

Main Responsibilities
• Execute preventative maintenance activities according to the PM schedule, ensuring all tasks are recorded.
• Respond promptly to emergency repair needs, minimizing production downtime.
• Install and set up new equipment to align with production requirements.
• Manage maintenance materials and spare parts inventory, including requisitioning and monitoring.
• Supervise external contractors and ensure compliance with our standards.
• Liaise with the Manufacturing Manager to prioritize maintenance tasks.
• Conduct machine and equipment maintenance, adjustments, and repairs.
• Fabricate or modify plant equipment as needed.
• Engage in troubleshooting activities to resolve equipment issues.
