Job Summary
We are seeking a skilled Medical Records Specialist to join our team at BrightSpring Health Services. As a Medical Records Specialist, you will play a critical role in ensuring the timely and accurate entry of medical data into our computer system.
Responsibilities
* Ensure the timely and accurate entry of medical data into our computer system to facilitate processing and delivery of edited documentation for client facilities.
* Maintain accurate and up-to-date medical records documents for each specific facility.
* Research and resolve any discrepancies or issues related to medical data and system requirements.
* Communicate effectively with facilities nursing staff, Director of Nursing, and Administrator to resolve any issues or concerns related to medical data.
* Maintain the confidentiality of employees and patients/residents demographics and medical information.

Requirements
* High school diploma or equivalent required.
* 1-2 years of experience in medical records or a related field preferred.
