Key Responsibilities:

  • Participate in the Sales team, taking overall responsibility for all sales activities to ensure profitability, compliance, and effective governance.
  • Support the Sales organization to ensure adherence to existing agreements and frameworks.
  • Engage with customer groups to enhance relationships and foster loyalty.
  • Facilitate knowledge transfer to account managers by sharing processes, best practices, and sales strategies.
  • Identify and create sales opportunities that will lead to profitable outcomes.
  • Oversee the optimization of the account team's performance to ensure a seamless transition to operations.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Master of Science, or a related field.
  • A minimum of 5 years of experience in relationship sales, with at least 5 years in the ICT sector.
  • Expertise in Networks, Radio, Core, or BSS domains.
  • Strong consultative selling skills and commercial acumen.
  • Ability to leverage customer and market insights along with negotiation skills.
