As a Regional Business Manager at Orkin, you will be responsible for cultivating a team of top-notch professionals to deliver exceptional service to our customers. With over 120 years of experience, Orkin is the industry leader in pest management, and we are looking for a leader who can drive growth and success in our region.

Our ideal candidate will have a strong background in sales and operations management, with a proven track record of meeting and exceeding financial performance goals. You will be responsible for managing multiple branch offices, ensuring effective sales, quality service delivery, and revenue attainment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and direct multiple branch offices to ensure effective sales, quality service delivery, and revenue attainment
  • Ensure compliance with local, state, and federal laws and regulations
  • Collaborate with Senior Leadership and Human Resources on key hiring, promotional opportunities, succession planning, performance improvement, and termination decisions
  • Maintain technical industry knowledge and expertise in pest, termite, sales, and operational management
  • Travel in the field for branch office visits 80% of the time

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience
  • 5-7 years of multi-operational or sales management experience with a results-driven company
  • Experience with P&L management and business processes
  • Mentoring, coaching, motivating, and training experience
