Position Overview:

We are in search of a talented and driven Technology Solutions Engineer. This role focuses on the analysis, design, development, and implementation of technology solutions that meet organizational requirements. The ideal candidate will have a solid grasp of software engineering principles and exhibit expertise in coding, testing, and documentation practices.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Analyze, design, develop, test, and implement technology solutions or components, adhering to the software development life cycle.
  • Employ effective coding methodologies to create, maintain, and support technology solutions while conforming to established departmental standards.
  • Develop comprehensive testing strategies, including test plans and test data, and conduct unit testing to ensure the delivery of high-quality solutions. Participation in system testing may occur under the guidance of senior team members.
  • Collaborate with fellow developers to resolve development and performance challenges.
  • Provide ongoing technical support by proactively monitoring systems, troubleshooting issues, and addressing user inquiries.
  • Comply with departmental policies, procedures, and guidelines.
  • Maintain a personal development plan, keeping abreast of current development tools, languages, standards, procedures, and organizational objectives.
  • Engage in departmental initiatives aimed at enhancing work processes and customer relationships. May assist in onboarding new team members or clients regarding system-related functions.
Qualifications:
  • Associate Degree in Computer Science or equivalent programming experience required; Bachelor's Degree preferred.
  • Experience in application development utilizing Microsoft's .NET framework.
  • Proficiency in T-SQL for data development and processing within SQL databases.
  • Strong understanding of relational database design and normalization principles.
  • Familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite, including Outlook, Excel, Access, Visio, etc.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines effectively.
  • Quick learner with a genuine interest in acquiring new skills and technologies.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team environment.
