About the Role:
Randstad is seeking a highly experienced and skilled Maintenance Manager to join our team. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for ensuring the performance and reliability of our industrial equipment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage the maintenance department to guarantee the performance of industrial equipment
- Develop and implement Total Preventative Maintenance (TPM) strategies to increase the reliability and availability of workstations and production lines
- Lead people management: goal setting, performance management, competency development, etc.
- Manage and optimize maintenance costs, including spare parts inventory
- Utilize SAP and prior experience knowledge to drive maintenance efficiency
- Experience with press brakes, automation machinery, and heavy stamping
Requirements:
- 5 years of experience in a manufacturing setting
- 3+ years in a leadership role
- Bachelor's Degree
- Excellent communication and leadership skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
