Facility Experience Coordinator Job Description:
The YMCA of Superior CA is seeking a Facility Experience Coordinator to ensure that our facilities are clean, well-maintained, and meet the highest standards of quality. This role involves providing exceptional service to members, guests, and program participants, as well as managing retail item sales and towel service operations.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Provide exceptional customer service to members, guests, and program participants.
  • Manage retail item sales and towel service operations.
  • Regularly walk through the facility, assisting members, attending to minor cleaning needs, reporting repairs, etc.
  • Apply all YMCA policies dealing with member services.
Requirements:
  • Certifications required within 30 days of hire: CPR/AED and First Aid.
  • Excellent interpersonal and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to connect with people from diverse backgrounds.
  • Previous customer service, sales, or related experience.
  • Basic computer knowledge.
