About the Role

We are looking for an enthusiastic and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Self Storage Facility Coordinator. This is an exciting opportunity to work in a fast-paced environment and contribute to the success of our company.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide exceptional customer service via phone and in-person
  • Conduct tours of the facility and show available storage units
  • Process rentals, lease renewals, and collections
  • Maintain accurate records and reports
  • Participate in marketing initiatives and promotions

Requirements:

  • Customer service experience required
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills
  • Basic computer skills and knowledge of Microsoft Office

Compensation: $40,000 - $55,000 per year, depending on experience.
