As a Sales Floor Associate, you will serve as a vital representative of the Burlington brand, engaging directly with customers to ensure they receive exceptional service. Your responsibilities will include welcoming and assisting shoppers, keeping the sales area tidy and organized, and supporting the management team with daily store functions. You may be assigned to various departments such as Ladies, Men, Youth, Sportswear, Shoes, Home, or Baby Depot.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Helping customers find products as needed
  • Assisting with merchandise placement, display upkeep, and store cleanliness
  • Processing sales transactions at the register and packaging items
  • Carrying out additional tasks as directed by management

Candidates should be available to work a flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays as necessary.
