About Compassionate Community Care (CCC):
Since 2001, Compassionate Community Care has been a leading agency in home care and geriatric management, dedicated to supporting families of elderly clients in maintaining their independence and quality of life at home.
Key Responsibilities:
- Build and nurture relationships with referral sources to promote CCC services and expand our client base.
- Develop and maintain a marketing database to track referral relationships and progress.
- Enhance CCC's online presence and drive sales through effective marketing strategies.
- Create engaging marketing materials and outreach content.
- Organize and participate in educational and promotional events to raise awareness of our services.
- Conduct thorough assessments of clients and their home environments to create tailored care plans.
- Guide clients through the intake process, clarifying necessary documentation and financial responsibilities.
- Address crises and develop action plans as a Geriatric Care Manager (GCM) or Aging Life Care Manager (ALCM).
- Ensure client satisfaction by responding to requests and needs from clients, referrals, and colleagues.
- Collaborate with team members and professionals to enhance the effectiveness and growth of CCC.
- Participate in an on-call rotation, including weekends and holidays.
- Train caregivers on essential skills such as mobility assistance and ADLs, including proper techniques for clients with dementia or Alzheimer’s.
- Assist with staffing and scheduling as needed.
- Provide timely updates to the Executive Director and team members.
- Embrace and promote CCC's mission and values.
Qualifications:
- Preferred experience in marketing and outreach.
- Registered Nurse (RN) or Licensed Vocational Nurse (LVN) with a degree in Gerontology, healthcare, or a related field.
- Knowledge and experience in geriatric and elder care.
- Ability to train caregivers in essential care techniques.
- Strong listening skills and a customer-oriented approach.
- Excellent communication skills in English, both written and verbal.
- Proficient in computer applications including Word, Excel, Outlook, and social media.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and multitasking skills.
- Reliable, responsible, and able to maintain composure in challenging situations.
- Experience working with diverse populations.
- A positive attitude towards clients, staff, and the organization.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively, with strong judgment and prioritization skills.
- Attention to detail and commitment to follow-through.
- Strong time management skills.
- Current driver's license and access to a reliable vehicle preferred.
- Successful completion of pre-employment health and background checks required.
Preferred Skills:
Experience in training caregivers to assist with daily living activities and mobility, particularly for clients with cognitive challenges.
This is a full-time, exempt position with a competitive compensation and benefits package, including medical, dental, vision, life insurance, 401K retirement options with company match, paid vacation, and sick leave.

Compensation: $75,000.00 – $100,000.00 annually
