Responsibilities:

  • Attend scheduled appointments with potential clients.
  • Conduct informative in-home sales presentations to showcase the benefits of solar energy.
  • Create personalized recommendations based on customer needs and budgets.
  • Negotiate and close sales effectively.
  • Follow up with customers throughout the installation process to ensure satisfaction.
  • Provide accurate customer data to the Sales Manager.
  • Represent our company with professionalism.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.

Qualifications:

  • 1-3 years of proven sales experience, preferably in a high-volume or consultative sales role.
  • Excellent customer service skills and a passion for building relationships.
  • Valid driver\u2019s license and reliable transportation.
  • High school diploma or GED.
  • Comfortable conducting in-home sales presentations.
  • Proven ability to negotiate and close sales.
  • Self-motivated and goal-oriented.
  • Independent and able to work with minimal supervision.
