Responsabilidades Clave:

  • Actuar como punto de contacto principal para inversores actuales y potenciales, atendiendo consultas y proporcionando información integral sobre nuestras estrategias de inversión en bienes raíces y su rendimiento.
  • Asistir en la preparación y distribución de comunicaciones a inversores, incluyendo informes trimestrales, resúmenes de inversiones y actualizaciones del mercado.
  • Coordinar y gestionar reuniones, presentaciones y eventos para inversores, asegurando que todos los materiales sean precisos y presentados de manera profesional.
  • Colaborar con el equipo de inversiones para recopilar y analizar datos sobre el rendimiento de la cartera, tendencias del mercado y oportunidades de inversión.
  • Desarrollar y mantener relaciones sólidas con los inversores, comprendiendo sus necesidades y proporcionando información oportuna y relevante.
  • Apoyar la creación y mantenimiento de materiales de marketing, incluyendo libros de presentación, hojas informativas y boletines.

Calificaciones:

  • Título universitario en Finanzas, Bienes Raíces, Administración de Empresas o un campo relacionado.
  • Mínimo de 1 año de experiencia en relaciones con inversores, servicios al cliente, formación de capital o banca de inversión con exposición a bienes raíces.
  • Excelentes habilidades de comunicación escrita y verbal, con la capacidad de transmitir información compleja de manera clara y concisa.
  • Dominio del paquete de Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word) y familiaridad con sistemas CRM y software de relaciones con inversores.
  • Fuertes habilidades analíticas y atención al detalle, con la capacidad de interpretar y presentar datos de manera efectiva.
  • Capacidad para construir y mantener relaciones positivas con inversores, colegas y otras partes interesadas.
