  • Demonstrate age-specific competency in clinical practice, ensuring that patient care is tailored to meet the unique needs of diverse patient populations.

Physical Requirements

This role requires frequent exposure to chemicals, pathogens, and patient blood and body fluids in a general hospital environment. The ability to lift, pull, push, and carry objects, as well as walk, stand, stoop, and reach, is essential for this position.

Education, Experience, and Certifications

A graduate degree from an accredited School of Nursing is required, with a Bachelor's Degree preferred. A license to practice as a Registered Nurse or temporary Registered Nurse petitioner in the state of North Carolina is also required. Basic Life Support for Healthcare Provider (BLS HCP) certification from the American Heart Association is mandatory, as is current successful completion of Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) from the American Heart Association. The ideal candidate will possess a high level of problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify solutions to complex human, technical, clinical, or administrative problems.
