Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Rehabilitation Therapy Manager to join our team at Select Specialty Hospital. As a key member of our interdisciplinary team, you will be responsible for overseeing the delivery of high-quality rehabilitation services to our patients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Leadership and Management
    • Direct and manage the rehabilitation therapy team, ensuring that all staff members are working together to achieve our patient care goals.
    • Develop and implement effective strategies to improve patient outcomes and satisfaction.
  • Service Delivery
    • Ensure that rehabilitation services are delivered in a timely and efficient manner, meeting the needs of our patients and their families.
    • Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless communication and coordination of care.
  • Quality and Compliance
    • Monitor and evaluate the quality of rehabilitation services, identifying areas for improvement and implementing changes as needed.
    • Ensure compliance with all relevant laws, regulations, and accreditation standards.
Requirements
  • Education and Experience
    • Current licensure as a Physical Therapist, Occupational Therapist, or Speech Language Pathologist.
    • Minimum of 2 years clinical experience, with at least 1 year in a supervisory or leadership role.
  • Skills and Qualifications
    • Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with patients, families, and healthcare professionals.
    • Ability to analyze data and make informed decisions to improve patient outcomes and satisfaction.
