Key Responsibilities- Utilize your business acumen and sales aptitude to increase sales and profits for the Company by generating new business, preparing proposals for new business, negotiating terms of new business, and adhering to established parameters.
- Provide overall mentorship, management direction, coaching, and support to branch employees. Regularly perform Recruiting Manager duties (interviewing and placements) alongside your staff.
- Maintain the overall financial operation and profitability of the branch - from budgets to maintaining billable hours, fill-rates, and branch profitability and achievement of targets.
- Ensure client satisfaction by monitoring current activity, adjusting plans or services as needed, making regular in-person visits to ensure satisfaction and identify additional client needs, while seeking opportunities to grow business.
- Enhance Company image in the external community through developing and maintaining relationships and activities with local organizations and community leaders.
