Overview:
As a Front Desk Receptionist at Greenwich Farms at Warwick, you will be the first point of contact for residents, families, potential residents, staff, and visitors. Your role is essential in creating a welcoming environment and providing information and assistance to all who enter our community.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage the emergency call system and nurse paging system with a basic understanding.
- Welcome visitors promptly upon their arrival.
- Handle incoming phone calls professionally, ensuring timely and courteous responses.
- Maintain a warm and friendly demeanor when interacting with residents, staff, and guests.
- Act as a concierge for residents, assisting with transportation, communication issues, and other inquiries.
- Ensure the lobby area is clean, organized, and free of clutter.
- Participate in mandatory in-service training sessions as required by regulations.
Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent is preferred.
Skills and Competencies:
- Proficient in computer applications including word processing, email, and spreadsheets.
- Exceptional verbal communication skills.
