What You'll Do:
  • Provide personalized support and care to individuals with diverse needs and abilities
  • Assist with daily living activities, such as personal hygiene, meal preparation, and medication management
  • Encourage and support individuals to participate in community activities, hobbies, and interests
  • Develop and implement individualized plans to promote independence, self-advocacy, and community integration
  • Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive and coordinated care
